In this role, you will set the strategic roadmap for how we use data science to solve supply chain and enterprise challenges. You’ll work closely with clients to identify opportunities where AI and automation can drive measurable results — from optimizing delivery networks to building intelligent dashboards.

You will lead and mentor a growing team of data scientists, engineers, and BI analysts, ensuring excellence in both technical execution and business alignment. You’ll oversee model lifecycle management, from experimentation and deployment to monitoring andretraining.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with proven experience delivering end-to-end
machine learning solutions in logistics, fintech, or enterprise operations.
2. Head of Product & Innovation (Remote | Full-Time)
As Head of Product & Innovation, you will oversee the roadmap, design, and delivery of all internal tools and external-facing products, including BI dashboards, freight cost models, AI-powered tools, and client portals. You’ll lead product discovery efforts, working closely with the CEO, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure product-market fit and usability.
You’ll manage feature backlogs, define MVPs, and introduce iterative product delivery cycles. You will also oversee the technical specification process for TMS, YMS, and custom SaaS analytics products.

We’re looking for someone who combines sharp product thinking with an understanding of both supply chain needs and technical feasibility. Bonus if you’ve worked in freight tech, logistics SaaS, or data product environments before.
3. VP of Supply Chain Technology (Remote | Full-Time)
We are hiring a VP of Supply Chain Technology to lead the development, implementation, and strategy for our TMS, YMS, and ERP-integrated analytics solutions. This role will be key to shaping how we support shippers, 3PLs, and e-commerce businesses with smart logistics tools that reduce cost and improve visibility.

You’ll oversee engineering projects that integrate APIs from transportation carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.), warehouse systems, and customer ERPs. You will partner with operations, BI, and cloud engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.

Strong candidates will have experience with logistics platforms, API integrations, vendor onboarding, and agile project management frameworks.
4. Chief Operating Officer (COO) (Remote | Full-Time)
The COO will manage day-to-day company operations and establish internal systems that ensure smooth delivery of projects and services. You will be responsible for resource allocation, contractor coordination, performance tracking, and internal workflows.

You’ll set up OKRs, manage financial burn rates, and establish workflows between departments. You will also work with the recruiting and HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance across all hires.
If you thrive on solving operational bottlenecks and scaling early-stage ventures, we’d love to work with you.
5. Director of Cybersecurity & Compliance (Remote | Full-Time)
We are hiring a Director of Cybersecurity & Compliance to lead all cybersecurity engagements and ensure our internal and client systems follow best-in-class practices. You’ll lead security audits, vulnerability assessments, SOC readiness programs, and help
build secure-by-design architectures for any tools we deploy.

You’ll advise on frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and data protection policies. You will also lead client engagements where cybersecurity assessments or penetration tests are needed, including risk mitigation reporting.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with both hands-on security engineering and client- facing strategic leadership.
